The included breakfast was very good, but also very typical. The fresh orange juice was a perk and the garden view was an added bonus. The hot food choices were exactly the same all six days and with so many close-by breakfast restaurants, your hotel could probably do more to “distinguish” itself. Not a requirement since the breakfast was fine, but here’s an opportunity to step up.

Very good external soundproofing. The decor is very cool, room is spacious (and I had a gorgeous view out to the gardens behind). I also really liked the toiletries provided. Breakfast has a nice range and variety. Location is amazing. Staff are excellent - extremely friendly and helpful, and even memorised my name (seems small, but makes a huge difference). Gym is a little run down but plenty of equipment for a decent workout (I was actually surprised at how big it was). The pool and jacuzzi are small but clean and a nice temperature. Happy hour every day from 6 to 7 is a nice touch.

Loved this hotel! The staff was excellent and very friendly. The breakfast was superb and it begins at 5:00 am which is fantastic if you have an early morning departure. We had dinner at the hotel and the food was great and reasonably priced. The location is ideal being right in the center of Angra but quiet especially if you have a room facing the beautiful gardens. The room was a decent size and they have a fridge and tea kettle which I love to have in a room. Not all places do.

The hotel is so central, there is a taxi rank just outside the door. So close to the harbour and a short walk for Monte Brasil! The check in was nice and quick, staff were extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast is from 5am-10am which is great if you have an early flight and the variety of food at breakfast is huge, something for everyone! We ate once at the bar and it was delicious also. Would highly recommend.

we had a room overlooking the garden: we had requested this. The pool and changing facilities were clean. I’m not sure why they insist on bathing caps but they supply them. the staff are all cheerful and helpful. the location is superb.

It was our fifth time at this hotel. We always choose this hotel due to its excellent quality and perfect location. Rooms are very comfortable and cozy. Breakfast buffet is perfect and of excellent quality products. Personal staff are very charming and helpful.

The hotel is located right on the main square and a few mins walk from the harbour. The basic room is nice but a bit small. The staff is excellent and I found them to be very welcoming and attentive both at the reception and the restaurant. I had early morning tours and the hotel kept a nice food packet ready for me and added an egg as per my request. Overall highly recommended for a stay at Terceira.

First of all, its location is just perfect. Taxis at the door, walking distance to everywhere, buses across the street. Second, the staff is wonderful. Always super helpful and clear. If its sunny, you'll love to have a drink at the terrace during sunset. Then, the breakfast is really good. Plenty of choice. The spa is really nice and I loved the massage I got (30€ 1 hour).

Centrally located, easy walk around city, harbor and beach, mt basil. Superb breakfast!!!! Extremely helpful and friendly front desk staff! Fairly well insulated from street noise as we arrived in midst of st john festivals with bands/music all over city including the town hall square . Bed was comfy and firm
